Tenderly provides residential cleaning services. By using our website, booking a clean, or communicating with us, you agree to these terms.

Services: Quotes, availability, and job details are confirmed at booking. We may reschedule for weather, access issues, or cleaner availability and will notify you when we can.

Services: If you provide a mobile number and opt in, we may send transactional texts about your appointments and service support. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. Consent is not required to book. We do not sell your number or use SMS for unrelated marketing unless you separately opt in.

Payments & cancellations: Fees are as shown at booking. Cancellation / reschedule rules are as stated on the booking flow or confirmation.

 

Liability. We carry appropriate insurance for work performed. You are responsible for securing valuables and disclosing pets, access codes, and hazards. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to fees paid for the affected job.
